Part of the This Art Is Trash series — artwork created from reclaimed objects, fragments, and discarded materials
Original Mixed Media Assemblage - Found Object Collage on Wood
This one-of-a-kind piece is part of my ongoing "This Art Is Trash" series — artwork created from discarded, forgotten, and repurposed materials.
Layers of glitter, broken glass, jewelry fragments, stones, beads, and small found objects are embedded into a textured painted surface, transforming everyday debris into a miniature sculptural landscape.
At the center of the piece are fragments of vintage jewelry, a small watch face, crystals, glass shards, and delicate floral elements arranged into an organic composition that catches light from every angle.
No two pieces in this series are ever the same.
Each work is created from reclaimed materials and sealed onto a solid wood panel, making it both a painting and a small wall sculpture.
