Glitter Ruins is an original mixed-media assemblage created from discarded and overlooked materials, built on a solid wood panel.
Sequins, broken jewelry, beads, buttons, fabric, and fragments of everyday objects are layered together to form a dense miniature landscape of color and texture. Each element once had a different life before becoming part of this composition.
The result is something between collage, sculpture, and found-object painting — a tiny ruin made of glittering fragments.
Viewed up close, the piece reveals dozens of hidden details: glass beads, metallic fragments, sequins, jewelry pieces, and unexpected textures embedded into the surface.
