Coral Reef Confetti - Original Mixed Media Assemblage
"Coral Reef Confetti" is a one-of-a-kind assemblage created from reclaimed materials and found objects. Colorful fragments of beads, glass, jewelry pieces, and textured elements form a layered composition reminiscent of coral growth and underwater ecosystems.
Small discarded objects cluster and spread across the surface like reef formations, creating a vibrant miniature landscape full of color, texture, and movement.
This artwork is part of my This Art Is Trash series, where overlooked materials and discarded fragments are transformed into sculptural artworks that treat trash like treasure.
Each piece in the series is assembled by hand and is completely one of a kind.
